Steph Parry to perform for one night only at brand new cabaret venue; The Space.
Steph Parry has announced that she will be bringing a one-off special performance of her show “The Girl Who Ran Down The Road” to The Space this winter.
Steph made headlines this summer when she ran down the road from 42nd Street to play Donna in Mamma Mia! when the leading lady sustained an injury.
There will be two shows; 7.15pm and 9pm. A night that promises to be filled with musical theatre, comedy and several understudy stories that would be more commonly seen in a nightmare.
She will be accompanied by Isobel Bates on piano.

“The final set came from Steph Parry, who not that long ago made national news when she hot footed it from 42nd Street to Mamma Mia mid performance to take over the role of Donna at a moments notice! That professionalism shone through here too and her set really was the highlight of the afternoon. Her years of experience and craft really set her apart from her younger counterparts: she knew how to work the room, she had the patter down perfectly and she had a perfectly balanced set list, including a rewritten version of ‘A Summer in Ohio’ clev- erly retitled ‘A Weekend doing Promo’ and a pitch perfect rendition of ‘The Winner Takes it All’ where she sang in perfect union with the impressive five piece band – making them sound tighter and more together than any of the other assembled performers.
Steph has recently finished in 42nd Street where she played the role of Dorothy Brock before Bonnie Langford took over. Previous West End shows include Mamma Mia!, Wicked and Bil- ly Elliot.
