Touring production Annie Get Your Gun starring Jason Donovan has cancelled its final performances at the Princess Theatre in Torquay.
The Irving Berlin musical was due to run at the venue from September 30 to October 4.
It is understood that the show’s performances at His Majesty’s Theatre in Aberdeen, from September 16 to 20, have also been cancelled and the production will now finish its tour at the New Wimbledon Theatre in London, where it runs from September 9 to 13.
From the producers of West Side Story and South Pacific this Tony award-winning version of Irving Berlin’s classic musical Annie Get Your Gun stars Jason Donovan (The Sound of Music, Priscilla Queen of the Desert) alongside West End leading lady Emma Williams (Chitty Chitty Bang Bang) with Norman Pace (Chicago).
It has been touring since May 12, when the show opened at Manchester Opera House.
Annie Get Your Gun is produced by Ambassador Theatre Group and Tulchin/Bartner Productions and is directed by Ian Talbot.
